Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Strategically plan and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of MyOperator's offerings and confidently present them to clients.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, provide insightful solutions, and drive conversions.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and share valuable feedback to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Motivation & Drive: A proactive self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, thriving in a target-driven environment.
- Tech Awareness: Basic familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Work Setup: Must be willing to work from our Noida Sector 2 office.
