Job Purpose :
Responsible to manage escalated cases on Social platforms. Own, follow up and resolve customer issues
Reporting To : SM Team Lead
Job Duties :
1. Receives and answers inquiries from consumers (end users) via Facebook, Twitter and other Social Channels, feedback concerning products, price, and availability as well as the application of products, services and offers.
2. Handle complaints end to end, manage customer expectations and provide quick & accurate resolution within the specified TAT.
3. Maintain accurate and updated knowledge of Myntra's procedures and systems.
4. Call back customers and engage with intent to resolve and educate customer on task timelines
5. Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframe with limited supervision
6. Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across the org.
7. Tremendous patience and problem solving skills
8. Identify trends in escalations and provide insights wherever possible to the training and operations
Required Skills :
1. Should be able to converse well in both English and Hindi. Have excellent writing skills.
