Myna Mahila Foundation - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Myna Mahila is seeking to hire a candidate for the position of Business Development Manager to generate and manage overall Business Development for the brand, lead the Business Development team and achieve yearly goals.
Role: Business Development Manager
Key responsibilities :
- Identifying new avenues for Business Development and develop Business Development strategies for overall growth of the brand.
- Achieving Business Development targets through different channels such as retail, door-to-door Business Development, institutions (corporates & distributors), and online platforms.
- Managing and driving Business Development KPI sheets.
- Leading and managing the Business Development team along with monitoring their performance and providing guidance, timely feedback and training.
- Managing end-to-end consumer relationships and conducting timely market surveys to identify their evolving needs for quality assurance.
Other responsibilities :
- Creating company Business Development policies for the brand and update current documents based on legal and statutory requirements.
- Establishing Business Development objectives by forecasting annual Business Development quota and profit for existing and new products and developing Business Development budget for the same.
- Managing, developing, coaching and motivating the Business Development force to ensure that a high professional standard is maintained.
- Providing on-the-ground support for Business Development associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Creating, maintaining and analysing Business Development data assisting Business Development strategies to drive growth of the brand.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing research publications.
Skills Required :
- Fluent in Business English.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Empathetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to be challenged and take personal responsibility.
- Ability to work successfully across the organisation and having flexible thinking.
- Having a high level of sense of responsibility.
- Strong command over Microsoft office, GSuite.
- Willing to travel among other offices and site locations.
- Qualification :
- 2+ years in Business Development / Marketing
- Minimum Bachelors- degree from a leading Indian or global institution, MBA or Masters degrees preferred
