Myna Mahila Foundation is an award-winning social enterprise focused on women's health and employment in urban slums in Mumbai, India. It has reached 500,000+ women at their doorstep in the last five years, educating them about their menstrual health and hygiene and providing menstrual products. We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Job Title : Sales Associate
Responsibilities :
- Achieving sales targets through institutions (corporates, distributors)
- Achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully implementing sales strategy
- Assisting Business Development Manager in developing strategic sales plans to expand consumer base
- Exploring community sales models (B2C)
Other responsibilities :
- Developing sales pitches and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Generating leads and closing new deals with prospecting vendors
- Handling bulk queries and ensuring timely dispatch for orders
- Working with production manager to keep track of sales through various sales channels and update periodically
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
Qualifications required :
- Minimum Bachelors- degree
- Strong command over Microsoft office
- Natural flair for sales
