1) Leading team of Tele-Sales to ensure maximum conversion of leads received and meets the monthly sales targets
2) Market development by on boarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA's and Connectors.
3) To identify and add new potential sources in Delhi/NCR for generating leads of HL/LAP.
4) Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets.
5) Retain and expand the company's base of customers for home loan and LAP channel(Loan Against Property) so as to ensure repeat business or referrals
6) Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business numbers.
7) Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales call.
