The Customer Relationship intern will work with the Business & product team on customer satisfaction, churn out actionable business insights. The role requires good communication skills, motivation, an extrovert, and a passion for starting conversations and track work.
Job Description :
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively engage and interact with eMail/chat customers in a variety of different situations.
- Adaptive learning based on previous experiences and prepare canned responses to tackle future escalations/queries
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills.
- Follow predefined support procedures and create new policies as per requirement
- Proactively identify any scope of optimization and develop a process to increase efficiency, resolution & conversion rate and improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.
Skills :
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi.
