Job Description
- Owning the ecommerce marketing on Facebook and Instagram and be responsible for cost and performance targets.
- Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance.
- Design experiments, test hypotheses, build models, drive control groups and scale what works.
- Take ownership in a data driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning.
- Understand the user's journey & funnel pyramid to set up the prospecting, dynamic remarketing campaigns to drive desired results.
Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 1-3 years of running paid marketing campaigns on Facebook/Google ads.
- Great communication skills, collaborative team spirit, intellectual curiosity to constantly keep digging for more insights and interpret data in unusual ways driving unique insights
- A strong general aptitude & Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone from E-commerce, D2C would be a plus.
