- Identify, build and manage strategic alliances and partnerships for the company
- Conduct thorough research, develop and convey compelling value propositions to partners of all sizes
- Prepare win-win strategies for both the company and its partners
- Maintain accurate and updated business reports and send regular business updates to all partners
- Track and monitor performance of key partners to measure and manage their performance
- Prepare and execute proposals, quotations and/or agreements
- Ensure timely payouts to all partners
- Design and execute attractive incentives to partners to ramp up sourcing from time to time
- Impart process pieces of training to partners, wherever required
