MyGuard - Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing marketing and sales for the Target Group: Bulk sales for all Govt departments, State Public transport buses and Govt. Cars, Schools and School Buses, Fuel Stations, Hotels and Hotel transportation, Private commercial buildings, Malls, Retail outlets and Personal Cars and Online market places.
- Lead Generation through all channels for the target group.
- Sales Channel development, Marketing and Closing Sales, billing and account clearance for the key accounts.
- Achieving Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly sales target for all channels.
- Develop sales team for all the other districts in Chhattisgarh if required.
- Oversee Operations and deployment in coordination with Mumbai team.
- Follow up, coordination of deployment and technical team for any operational issues.
- Work as an intermediator between all team.
- Online marketplace Telephonic sales development of all products: i.e Indiamart, Justdial, Google etc.
- Public relations through news coverage, contacts, personal meeting for the image building of the brand.
What would your Day Look like :
1) Generate prospective contact list of Schools, Govt. Offices, Bank's Procurement department.
2) Cold calling leads, Scheduling an online or offline meeting.
3) Demonstrate solution and close deal by signing the contract online, Receive payment through our online payment channel.
4) Managing inbound inquires generated though any other channels.
5) Meet customer aligned by Inside Sales and also support with new prospective lead Interact and Converting leads received from various marketing channels.
6) Update daily reports and activities on CRM, Managing Email and content marketing automation applications. Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan
Required Candidate profile :
- Should have selling experience in Software, telecom, Ed-tech, Aggregation, Ride hailing, Any Tech solution
- Smart & Good Presentation skills required.
- Must have good command over English.
- Should have knowledge of Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Channel Sales.
- Has done channel sales and developed franchisees is a plus
