"Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. The Calling Agent should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making cold calls, and have experience in customer service or telemarketing.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in tier 2 and tier 3 cities
- Understand the client problem and if relevant follow up with the expert to take it forward
- Follow scripts and call guides provided by the Market Research team
- Ensure that all calls are recorded and documented accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
- Follow-up on leads and appointments generated through outbound calls
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance
