MyGlamm - Senior Art Designer (2-6 yrs)
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Review junior designers- work to ensure high quality and refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Increase user friendliness in digital products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Come up with creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative wall reviews, and project kick-off meetings, Guide, influence, and motivate others with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations
- Crack new ideas for creative team management and processes
- Assist in the supervision of the creative department to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable work flow to achieve the best work
- Recommend required resources and technology needed to execute assigned projects to junior staff
