Outbound Calls:
1) Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
2) Responding to customer chats along with email.
3) Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation.
4) Describe products and services.
5) Respond to questions.
6) Identify and overcome objections.
7) Take the customer through the sales process.
8) Obtain customer information.
9) Obtain possible customer leads.
10) Maintain customer/potential customer data bases.
11) Follow up on initial contacts.
12) Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
