Job Title : Distributor Support Coordinator

Note - This is a consultant role and the tenure would be for 2 months.
Job Summary :
The Distributor Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting our network of active and inactive distributors. This role involves overseeing stock levels, handling pending claims, reconciling customer accounts, and coordinating with the sales, warehouse, and quality assurance teams to ensure efficient operations and distributor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Distributor Management :
- Active & Inactive Distributor Engagement : Contact both active and inactive distributors to understand and review their current stock levels.
- Information Gathering : Collect and organize information related to any pending claims from distributors/super stockiest/outlets
2. Account Reconciliation :
- Outstanding Review : Regularly check and update the current outstanding balances of customers.
- Account Reconciliation : Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
3. Coordination and Follow-up
- Sales Team Coordination : Follow up with the sales team to address day- to-day issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Warehouse Team Coordination : Collaborate with the warehouse team to address quality checks, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) issues, and any related concerns.
4. Distributor Finalization
- F&F (Full & Final) Settlements: Ensure that final settlements and closures for distributors are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of [3] years of experience in distributor management, sales support, or a similar role.
Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
