myGate - Graphic Designer (7-8 yrs)
Principal Designer
Role and Responsibility:
- Conceptualization of master design, guidelines and ensuring execution of it is done across all channels.
- Develop the overall look or style of the brand's digital campaigns, including social media, PPC, website, etc.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members.
- Lead the brand's visual evolution and regularly present new ideas.
- Coordinate activities with other teams (product design or business)
- Work actively with internal teams to create uniform visual merchandising elements on the app in terms of store listings, homescreen and overall visual appeal.
Requirement:
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a graphic designer at an agency or well-known organization
- Experience building or rebuilding a brand's visual identity.
- A strong portfolio of work
- An ability to communicate ideas clearly and, thereby, elevate the work of the entire team.
