Inside Sales Analyst
Job Responsibilities :
- Product Knowledge : Keeping up with product and service information and updates; pitching it in the most efficient manner to potential clients to generate sales.
- Chat and Analysis : Communicating with customers, making inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, and following upon leads, scheduling demonstrations for the same.
- Customer Relationship Management : Prompt addressal to customer grievances and needs
- Sales : Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Work profile- 6 days a week with rotational week offs, work from office.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwares.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Solution Oriented
- Ability to drive solutions, actively think about next steps.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
