Myforexeye - Pay Per Click /Performance Marketing Role (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Set campaign objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage various paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.
- Create and optimize campaigns on these platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve click-through rates.
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor spending and adjust budgets based on performance and return on investment.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for optimization. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to improve the conversion rate of paid traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to enhance landing page performance.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize campaigns for search engine marketing (SEM).
- Identify relevant keywords that align with business objectives and target audience behaviour.
- Develop and implement strategies for remarketing to engage with users who have interacted with the brand but haven't converted.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in digital marketing, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Proficiency in PPC and meta marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of Semrush, Ahref, Spyfu, Google Admob, and other digital marketing trends.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
- Experience working in the finance or fintech industries is a plus.
