MyFitSoul - Executive - Telecaller/Customer Service - North (0-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Answering and resolving customer queries
- Follow standard operating process when replying/speaking to the customers
- "Own the customer- as the single point of contact, defining a success plan with deliverables, and ensuring clear communication for all the queries
- Be the first point of Contact for all the customer escalations
- Supporting end customers directly via various communication channels including emails, live chat and calls
- Understand the customer's query and give the best resolution to the customer
- Work closely with the operations team
Role Requirement :
- Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skill
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- 0-1 years of experience in Customer support
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Required Languages : English, Hindi language
