Position Overview:
As a Customer Account Representative at Mydbops, you will be an integral part of our Customer Account Management team, assisting in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist in developing and nurturing positive relationships with clients to enhance their satisfaction with our services.
Support and Assistance:
- Help resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Guide customers through our services and offerings, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
Communication:
- Engage with customers through calls and emails to inform them about updates, new features, and services.
- Collect customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay information to the relevant teams.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and account statuses in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing reports on customer satisfaction and service performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
