MyCover - Sales Role - Agency Development - POS Vertical - Motor Insurance (1-5 yrs)
- Create new POS in the geography for assigned location and recruit agents through both offline and online modes.
- Handle customer inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution.
- Service the existing POS to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
- Person should be highly motivated individual and should be able to drive POS with ownership.
- Tracking industry trends and developing new story ideas for monthly content delivery.
- Person should be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
- Person need to work towards ensuring zero cases of miss- selling/fraud in the processes.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in MLM/ direct sales or Network Marketing Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Good communication skills and should be efficient in converting interest into sales.
- Good Selling and negotiations skills.
- Travelling can be frequent.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Location- Janakpuri, delhi
Experience- required field experience in Motor Insurance.
