We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with the following requirements :
- Must have excellent ENGLISH SKILLS and can join IMMEDIATELY
- Handling customer queries and service through Calls and E-mails
- To provide timely and effective resolutions to customers through Calls and Emails
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Candidate should have Good written and Verbal Communication.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous experience in customer care
- Commanding personality

UK Shift:
1:30 PM - 10 PM (Summers)
2:30 PM - 11 PM (Winters)
Salary: 2,50,000 - 600,000 LPA
