Job Description
Maintain good relationships with existing clients to maximize the value of those relationships and seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients. No technical knowledge required.
- Excellent business communication & pursuance skills
- Ensure 100% service level adherence to business processes
- Manage Customer Training, refreshers and account setup/go-live
- Act like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services solutions
- Act as the single point of contact to provide quick response to clients in a timely manner
- Understand our existing client's requirements clearly and communicate the same to the technical team
- Manage the execution team based on client's briefs, revision and feedback
- Bridge the gap between our existing clients and the technical team
- Aware of Call centre management including behaviour, Performance SLA's.
- Proficient in MS office Hands on with Call Centre Management systems including CMS etc.
- Maintain a good relationship with the existing clients either through mail, call or personal visit as per the requirement of the existing clients.
- Schedule regular meeting with the clients to demonstrate our products or for training purposes Responsible for overall client satisfaction of assigned clients
