Job Description :
- The Sales Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached. The Sales Lead will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining your sales performance, recruiting and training, and monitoring inventory. This individual will assist in developing, creating, and implementing sales processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to the sales process & training materials as needed to enhance the overall My Operator customer's experience.
Key Responsibility Area :
- Developing sales strategies in order to ensure the monthly target & goals.
- Identifying team goals & setting targets for the entire team & individual team members.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Ensuring strong sales funnel & preparing weekly/monthly sales reports/analysis.
- Conducting regular one-to-one feedback sessions with team members & understanding the opportunities to scale their skills & overall performance.
Knowledge, Skill Set & Qualification Required :
- 2+ experience in leading a high performing team, preferably B2B space
- Bachelor's Degree a plus & Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills & Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the Company;
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, advanced Excel);
