Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation. As an SDR, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, engaging with decision-makers, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales and looking to grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Qualify leads based on company fit, interest level, and decision-making power.

- Conduct initial outreach to prospects, understand their pain points, and introduce MyOperator's solutions.

- Schedule product demos and sales meetings for Account Executives.

- Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status.

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS/B2B sales).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to generate leads and qualify prospects effectively.

- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with resilience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
