As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales strategies, build relationships with enterprise clients, and promote MyOperator's solutions to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement : Develop strong relationships with enterprise clients, aligning MyOperator's solutions with their business needs.

Sales Strategy : Create and execute effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.

Product Knowledge : Stay updated on MyOperator's product offerings and industry trends.

Consultative Selling : Identify opportunities to enhance customer communication infrastructures.

CXO Engagement : Influence CXOs and key decision-makers to adopt MyOperator solutions.

Reporting : Track progress and report sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Market Insights : Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics.

Sales Collateral : Develop presentations and proposals to communicate product value.

Requirements :


Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).


Experience : 1-3 years in enterprise sales within SaaS or related industries.

Track Record : Proven success in exceeding sales targets.

Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and business acumen.

Tech Savvy : Proficient with CRM tools and sales productivity software.
