We're seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi NCR. Whether you're a fresh graduate with relevant internship experience or have at least 6 months of sales experience, this role offers exciting growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Engagement: Build strong relationships with businesses, understand their communication challenges, and propose tailored solutions.

- Sales Goal Management: Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets using proven strategies.

- Product Expertise: Stay updated with MyOperator's product features and confidently present them to clients.

- Consultative Selling: Analyze client requirements and offer solutions to optimize their communication systems.

- Market Insights: Track industry trends and share valuable feedback to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in sales or relevant internship experience (B2B experience is a plus).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

- Motivation & Drive: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to excel in a target-driven environment.

- Tech Awareness: Basic familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).

- Location: Willing to work from our Noida Sector 2 office.
