Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales to drive our sales efforts and build lasting client relationships. You will play a crucial role in achieving revenue goals, managing key accounts, and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting high-potential leads into loyal clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals consistently.

- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales funnel using CRM tools and track progress to maximize opportunities.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer demands to adjust strategies proactively.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.

- Team Support: Assist in guiding and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall team performance.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a mid-management or sales-focused role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
