Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at MHS. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the sales strategy for the company. This involves identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competition and adapting the sales strategy accordingly. They will work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure that we deliver on our promise of tailored solutions and personal assistance to our clients.
Qualifications :
- Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, CRM management, and deal closing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the influencer marketing industry and a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field
- Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
