My Haul Store - Executive - Telecalling/Telesales (0-1 yrs)
Job Summary :
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products or services. You will answer queries, handle customer concerns, and keep records of customer interactions. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the companys clientele.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
Customer Engagement :
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information.
Sales and Conversion :
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with a sales representative.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Record Keeping :
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Update customer databases regularly.
Feedback Collection :
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services and customer experience.
- Report customer feedback and insights to the team.
Follow-up :
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Compliance :
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
- Follow all regulations regarding telemarketing and cold calling.
