My Happy Journey - Tour Consultant (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Addressing traveller queries by carrying out dedicated and relevant research on each of the travel destinations.
- Prompt follow-ups at a committed time with travellers.
- Being well - versed with essential and basic travel inquiries related to prices, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Understanding client specifications and suggesting suitable holiday package(s) or relevant service.
- Guiding customers through the booking procedure.
- Reaching revenue and profit targets.
- Coordinating with internal operations to ensure the delivery of sale promises.
Eligibility and Qualification:
- Graduate without any present backlogs, preferably from a non-science background.
- Prior experience of 1 to 3 years.
- Should have worked with a travel company preferably.
- People from non-travel background are acceptable if they have very good communication skills and are customer centric.
Candidate should have patience and should be a quick problem solver.
