My Dream Garden - Manager - Customer Relationship (1-2 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through all stages of the process, from initial contact through to completion and post-completion follow-up.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and providing solutions to problems.
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating the scope, timeline, and budget of each project, and ensuring that customers are informed of any changes or delays.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and meetings, and ensure that customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to develop new ideas and services that meet customer needs.
