MX Player - Assistant Manager - Growth Marketing - Games (5-14 yrs)
1. Develop and plan execution for marketing strategy across all the paid channels to improve key KPIs mainly CAC, LTV, Retention, ROAS etc for the gaming business
2. Hypothesise, implement and improve multi-channel growth strategies based on business needs across marketing channels: mobile native and web, programmatic display, Facebook marketing, Google Marketing, AppsFlyer & other digital platforms
3. Work with multiple stakeholders, upstream with executives and marketing leaders and downstream with agencies
4. Applying expertise in data to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with core products and advertising channels
5. Conducting multivariate testing across marketing channels to assess the impact of advertising spends on the key business metrics
6. Deeper integration of marketing analytics tools like Appsflyer, GA, etc in coordination with the product dev team, Facebook analytics
7. Understanding user behavior and performing root-cause analysis of changes in data trends to identify corrections or propose desirable enhancements in product & across different marketing channels
