Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Indulging the prospective leads into the final conversion
- Helping students/parents understand the product and develop the necessary need for the product
- Getting maximum lead conversion for each batch of the course
- One point contact for all pre/post-sale queries of the product
- Responsible for coordinating with the sales and product head to ensure smooth communication within the team
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal-setting to the senior management team
- Analyse the responses of leads, maintain a tracker, and suggest suitable response actions
- Handle the processing of all leads with accuracy and timeliness
- Able to truthfully convert leads into sales.
Skills & Experience Required :
- Required Experience : 0-3 year
- Preferred Industry/Company : E-Learning/EdTech/Education industry
Must-Have Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organised and responsible, multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
