We help HRs of corporates in their employee engagement. We bring amazing deals, discounts, offers and other fun activities to the employees. We do this by connecting HRs with brands. Brands want to advertise their product or service to employees of corporates. HR wants their employees to benefit and be engaged.
Therefore, we ask brands to sponsor engagements in return for physical space in the corporate's office to advertise. It's a win-win for both.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate
Excellent English Proficiency both verbal and written
Atleast 1-year Experience in Sales to HRs
JD:
- The job of the candidate will be to generate data either through Social Media or purchasing third-party database. Further, using lead management software and make calls/send emails and create pipeline of the corporates and pitch our services.
- Therefore this job requires a lot of cold calling and cold emailing.
- Generate Leads
- Explain the leads - based on product offers/benefits.

Feedback - emails/phones(Communication Channel).
