Job Description:
- At a fundamental level, Murf's users are creators. They create voiceovers for all kinds of content using Murf. We have seen our users creating an entire film using AI art models and AI Voices; an entertainment animation agency that created a TV series using a collection of Murf's voices; authors creating fantasy fiction audiobooks with Murf's AI voices; and a YouTube influencer who used Murf's AI voice to create a rap video.
- Getting Murf's users together to a meeting point, building discussions around the product and driving product evangelism is the reason for the existence of Murf community. Building trust with users who use the product and enjoy doing so can help bring in new customers and help them adopt the product quickly.
- As a Community lead, you will set up and grow an engaged global community of Murf's users. You will shape how we engage and support our customers on a large scale. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and customer success, you will develop and implement community programs and experiences that delight our customers. This is a Zero to One role where you'll be given a lot of control and ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Chalk out Murf's Community strategy and roadmap from the ground up.
- Identify the relevant channels and forums for setting up & hosting the community.
- Responsible for building and growing the community by establishing an environment where users can share their experiences and start a conversation.
- Proactively engage with community members, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Set up community programs like Webinars, Discussion threads, Meetups and -Workshops encouraging knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
- Understand the customer personas and work closely with product/marketing teams to guide new product development and feature improvements.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a Community Manager or a similar role (in Social media, content).
- Experience in building and managing community at scale.
- Track record of driving creative storytelling around products and product features.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with community members.
- Ability to analyze community metrics and feedback to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and drive to execute in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
Extra-Awesome :
- Experience in Saas/Product-led organizations
- Have used AI products and understand their capabilities.
