Job Description :

- We are looking for a qualified sales development representative (SDR) who will drive Murf's business growth by prospecting and qualifying leads into opportunities. You will support marketing initiatives, find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services, and generate leads for AEs.

- This role will support clients from the US and therefore requires candidates to work from 7 pm to 3 am.

Responsibilities :

- Utilise CRM, email, cold calls, and other initiatives to generate new sales opportunities.

- Identify the needs of prospects, and build trusting relationships to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

- Continuously seek new business opportunities in the market.

- Set up meetings between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

- Exceed targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Qualifications :

- One or more years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Software, or other tech domains for the North American region.

- A track record of quota attainment.

- Self-driven, proven problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

- Strong Interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Entrepreneurial approach with a strong desire to grow.
