We are on the verge of hiring socially adept and Energetic business development professionals for one of our product-based startups. This role would be merely front-ending the customer and the ideal candidate should be well versed in creating and implementing an effective sales strategy. Muinin HQ is a SAAS-based product development firm specialized in Enterprise application integration. Our products are built with a strong quest for success and based on a customer-centric leadership style. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and a strong flair for writing.
Job Role : Client Relationship Manager /Inside sales
Experience : 2-4 years
Mode of Employment : Full time
- Solid verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Must acquire and maintain a high understanding of Muinin's product range.
- The ideal candidate should be able to adopt our first line of business which is a CMS-based application designed for Overseas consultants.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Connecting with the potential and existing customer base through direct marketing and cold calling.
- Should implement the best negotiating strategies.
- Ability to work well independently as well as a team player.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Outstanding and proven abilities in engaging the customers and help the business to grow.
- Constant up-gradation of market trends and industry best practices.
- Should be self-driven to accomplish the organizational goals.
- Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Must be able to take up the additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Preferably scouting for a female talent with Good command over English.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Inside sales /business development.
- Fluency in Hindi is a must.
- A Master's in Business Administration is a must.
