Drive & generate revenue for the business, Outbound sales leads, manage existing customer relationships & maintain SLA like AHT, daily call targets, can Achieve targets, Generate incremental revenue with the existing client by selling additional products & services.

Job Skills :

1. Proven inside sales experience.

2. Track record of over-achieving quarterly targets.

3. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

4. Experience working with CRM.

5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

6. Strong listening and presentation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 2-6 years experience in IT services/products Sales.

- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling.

- Understand customer needs and requirements.

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Leads for further development and closure.

- Achieve quarterly targets.

- Research accounts, identify key accounts, and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned zone.
