Multibhashi Solutions - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Direct selling to the consumer or end user giving information about the application/packages/courses that are available.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Checking if the user is facing any kind of issues/problems in the application.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Cold calling with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
Skills Required :
- Should have min 0- 5 years experience in customer service/ Tele calling.
- Should have the ability to interact with B2C prospects.
- Should have excellent communication skills.( English, Hindi).
- Working knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word.
