Knowledge :
1. Production and film processes - Awareness of the latest techniques and technological innovations in the area of print, production etc. Preproduction planning - photography, system work/processing; knowledge of film production; Film ideas - script, post production ( value addition possibilities );
2. Creative Awareness - Music appreciation; Ideation with set parameters. Techniques for idea generation; Film and world advertising awareness; Market Research & different kinds of creative stimuli;
3. Aesthetic Sense - Flair for art, color sense; Layout & visual sense; artwork detailing; Basics of photography; and design; Knowledge of typography, OR Wordsmith - Proof reading; fundamentals of copywriting; Flair for writing; Basics of mass communication; Fluency in all aspects (grammar, punctuation, vocabulary) of a language (English/ Hindi / regional); Story telling/scripting - Has the ability to turn an idea into a script; what works in visual language;
4. Digitally Savvy - Continually maintains an awareness of activities and accomplishments in the digital marketing realm. Able to ideate and execute digital solutions.
5. Computer skills - Awareness of computer graphics, pack design, computer packages (Corel, Photoshop etc.)
6. Integrated Communication Processes - He / she must have a sufficient understanding of print, collateral, design, digital and AV production processes to be able to preempt problems when the jobs reaches production stage in all forms of media.
7. General Awareness - Is aware of what's going on in the outside world and is be able to apply it to our work (plays, sports, movies, music, trends, literature, theatre, fashion etc)
8. Contacts with a variety of suppliers, partners - photographers, producers, artists, translators, animators.

2. Time Management - Ensures that jobs are always delivered by their due date, with sufficient time for supervisor inputs and modifications.

2. Inter Office - Works as a team with brand planners. Partners the group in the conception and preparation of all communication material including campaigns, individual ads and films. Is able to deal with criticism in relation to own work.
3. Supervisors - Ensures that all copy/art prepared on his accounts is approved by his Creative
Director before it is forwarded to the Brand Management Team.
4. Business Partners - Creative will deal with a variety of suppliers / partners and must do so in a professional manner, providing clear job requirements, expectations, time lines and budgets
Duties :
1. Creative Delivery - Contributes to all creative communication and provides all material for jobs assigned. Maintains the highest possible creative standards for each job allotted. Accepts only those jobs accompanied by a Creative Brief that's approved by the Creative Director. Ensures that rough ideas, scripts and promotional material prepared in line with the agreed Creative Brief, is available in total for the 1st Review of strategy. Ensures sharing of ideas, course correcting and obtaining of approvals from the creative director.
2. Campaign Planning - Maintains campaign continuity for all accounts assigned to his group.
3. Financial - Does not commit the agency to major expenditure of any sort unless approved by the Creative Director / the Brand Management Team. Especially outsourced work, language copy, experimental photography, filmed storyboards, scratch recordings, etc.
4. Archiving - All files related to approved work to be archived in an easy to access manner - especially soft copies. Ensures that all shoot material is handed over to either the agency producer, or the brand management team for archiving.
5. Brand Focus/Consumer Understanding - Is expected to have a thorough understanding of the Client, brand, competition and target consumer.
