Ltd. is a robotics company based out of Bangalore, focused on innovative, IoT (Internet-of- things) enabled smart devices, driving home and industrial kitchen automation. We started our production of an automatic table-top Dosa making machine, DosaMatic. The company grew five-fold in terms of revenues and number of machines sold in the past 3 years. Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a smart, talented and motivated Senior Executive - Inside Sales. As a part of the corporate sales and business development team you will be responsible for achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth plans. You must be comfortable with data analysis and making multiple calls on a daily basis generating leads and closing sales. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

- Interact with prospects across the world and convince them for adopting our product

- Generating new business from existing and new channel partners; maintain a healthy working relationship with all international distributors and channel partners

- Responsible for complete sales cycle

- Lead follow up on a regular basis

- Work with marketing team and schedule new marketing campaigns for both online and offline.

- Scheduling demos of our products through Skype and Whatsapp video calls

- Using CRM tool effectively for customer engagement/business generation

What are we looking for:

As a successful candidate you must have:

- Min 2-4 years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of over achieving sales quota.

- MBA from a reputed institute and currently residing in Bangalore.

- Ability to handle large sets of data, identify meaningful insights and recommend suitable ways to increase sales.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in working with customers outside India

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced, performance oriented startup environment.
