Mukunda Foods - National Sales Manager - Kitchen Automation & Robotics (10-15 yrs)
Who we are :
Mukunda Foods Private Limited is a kitchen robotics company co-founded by Eshwar K Vikas and SudeepSabat in 2012. We are one of a kind F&B Automation and Robotics company which has an end to end integration with in-house R&D, manufacturing facility and global service network. We have helped 2000+kitchens across 28 countries to put our bots. We work closely with chefs and culinary teams of F&B companies and Kitchens such as Mahindra and Mahindra, Rebel Foods, ITC, Chaayos, Ola foods, Holy Cow (UK), PT Rebel GoFood Indonesia etc in automating parts of their foods and beverages. We have developed various cooking technology such as boiling, stirring, tossing, mixing, flipping, measured dispensing, kneading, flattening, covered frying and so on so forth. Our kitchen bots help reduce dependability on labour, elevate consumer experience and help brands expand faster. We are passionate about working as an extended R&D arm developing and manufacturing products.
Responsibilities :
- Meeting sales and profit targets set along with Management Team
- Creating a strong team, Lead it from front and grow as business leader
- Creating and executing a sales strategy for allocated product range and region
- Developing and sourcing a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads
- Facilitating pre-sales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings and contract negotiation
- Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in the cooperation with other departments within Mukunda Foods (Presales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.) to prepare on time, high quality offers
- Organizing own marketing activities in order to promote the expertise and brand of Mukunda Foods and representing Mukunda Foods by attending external conferences and industry events
- Collaborates closely with Hotels/Restaurants/Bakery/Commercial kitchen planners/Consultants to generate business and provides technical guidance and training.
- Introduces Channel Partner management practices that include developing performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive channel partner relationship
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations
- Cooperate with the product team to drive innovation and change on product road maps.
Required profile :
- Higher education in Economics, IT, Marketing, Management or related
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Kitchen Equipment Sales
- Proven results in the area of B2B Kitchen solutions sales to large enterprises
- Deep knowledge and experience working with of B2B Kitchen Equipment industries
- Should have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and needs
- Must have Goal oriented attitude
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Availability to frequent business trips
