Muddy Puddle Foods - Business Development Manager (2-4 yrs)
Muddy Puddle Foods Pvt Ltd is a funded Bangalore-based healthy beverages startup. Launched in 2016, we are a passionate team that works hard at providing our consumers with products that are Healthy, Tasty, provide Value-for-Money and above all, Convenience.

The founding team is a combination of IIM Calcutta, IIT Madras, London School of Economics, having worked in top tier organizations in Management consulting and Investment Banking.
Looking for a young, ambitious and energetic person to fulfill a business development role at Muddy Puddle Foods. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in creating, nurturing and expanding strategic alliances and partnerships for Smoodies.
The job will entail:
- Building a new account acquisition plan per channel
- Building a pipeline of sales leads, and potential partnerships and identifying new sources of revenue
- Pitching and selling the brand and its products to potential supply partners and customers
- Maintaining relationships with accounts and growing individual account P&L
- Coordinating marketing activities with the Marketing Team and customers to ensure visibility for the brand with the target consumer
We are looking for:
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in a sales & BD role, and a great attitude!
- Someone who can represent the brand through vibrant communication and great pitching skills, and a whole lot of energy!
- Someone who can take initiative, demonstrate personal leadership & the ability to function independently
- A person who is articulate, organized, data-oriented and has the ability to multi-task
- Ability to execute quickly and tendency toward speed with ability to adapt and change
- Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
