MTC Group - Executive - Sales & Marketing (2-4 yrs)
THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Formulate Marketing strategy through ongoing market study (international & domestic), refer trade journals/publications, scouting & analyzing industry news to understand the upstream/downstream of products and analyze parameters that trigger pricing, volumes, seasonality, demands to enable strategic decisions on - when to buy, how much quantity to BUY & SELL- to optimize revenues
b. Develop and manage the Product Management portfolio by ensuring effective trade & distribution of the entire product range in the best product mix - geography wise, industry wise, product variant wise, sales volume wise, payment cycle and the exchange value sales to optimize - Profitability- . Facilitate SBU Head's decision by providing intelligence/ inputs on all competitive activities and increase annual revenue year-on-year.
c. Oversee - Customer Satisfaction Index- through customer relationship management, including understanding and analysing Client/ Market reactions to competitive offerings
d. Business Processes - ensure team complies with systems, processes and internal mandates (eg. Budgeting, MIS etc.)
e. Self-Development & Inter-Personal Skills - to continuously seek platforms for skill upgrades, knowledge banks & competency development

Role objective
Meeting marketing and sales financial target by forecasting the requirements through channel management, product promotion, market information management and product pricing. To be able to gain a competitive edge through market research and analysis and anticipation of customer behaviour.
Sales and Marketing
Job Duties :
- Ensuring that the periodic sales target is met
- Generating products as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and the team through sharing market information
- Finding ways to sell products when the market is down
- Lead generation by researching client base and actively working on them
- Creating a plan to gain customers and then retaining them based on relationship management
- Analysing and creating a plan for engaging in new products in the target market
- Analysing competitor market to create an engagement plan
- Participating in branding and advertising initiative to promote brand image at trade shows and relevant forums

- Confident and self-driven with a clear focus on quality and profitability
- Results-oriented and commitment to meet business goals
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with CXO Level with existing and prospective clients.
- Have global trading exposure in order to develop and expand the existing business network.
