MTAP Technologies - Manager - Social Media (3-7 yrs)
Job Role :
- We are looking for an experienced individual to take ownership and lead the end-to-end Social Media Marketing channels for each of the products of MTAP Technologies and creating growth campaigns and executing our acquisition strategies.
- This opportunity requires the ability to operate with confidence in a dynamic, technical environment across multiple social media marketing channels such as Linkedin,Instagram,Twitter etc. As leading Digital Marketing operations, you will ensure proper execution of social media marketing campaigns, overseeing project critical success factors, Timelines and dependencies in partnership with the Content, Graphics, Marketing agencies, Head of Marketing etc.
- S/he will develop, implement, track, and optimize plans along with marketing campaigns across all digital channels. An ideal candidate can execute lead generation strategies. A strong grasp of concepts regarding marketing tools, strategies, and integrated digital marketing campaigns is a must.
- The role will be working directly with the head of marketing on strategy and growth of one of the new products for the Indian market.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute and track all paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Linkedin, Emails and other paid acquisition channels.
- Plan different marketing campaigns including but not limited to BTL, Activation, Events etc.
- Competition mapping for all 3 products on various platforms.
- Come up with relevant events / platforms / ideas suitable for product growth.
- Negotiating with various agency partners / vendors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Build digital marketing process and automation - Own the entire lead funnel from ideation -> launch -> iteration.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion in the product (landers, sign-up flow, etc.) and champion those initiatives.
- Good knowledge of running B2B2C marketing campaigns.
Required Skill Set:
- Highly creative and motivated individual with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital ad campaigns from scratch.
- Effective in developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Proven experience with Linkedin,Facebook, AdWords, marketing database, email and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Fair understanding of marketing automation for B2B2C segment, conversion analytics funnel and ABM campaign.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Prior work-ex in SaaS or technology product companies is preferred.
- Excellent communication - verbal and written.
