Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.
- Preparation and timely submission of Proposals.
- Deliver regular and consistent Revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and assessing competitors.
- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's global market presence.
Desired Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working with International Customers is an advantage.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
