Requirement :
Should be an HSC Passed/Graduate
Should be from BPO Background
1) Who have worked in customer care/help desk domain for atleast 1 year
2) Proficiency in relevant computer applications
3) Should have sales experience (Mandatory)
4) Need to join immediately or in next 15 days
5) Good communication skills- English, Hindi ( Kannada & Marathi for Bangalore & Mumbai)
JD :
1) Upselling/Crosselling the products
2) Handle customer questions
3) Record customer details and their reactions.
4) Persuade merchants to share relevant documents as per SOP
5) Handle Inbound & Outbound calls
6) Check documents received from merchant
7) Follow up with merchant for additional or revised documents,
8) Prepare daily reports and co-ordinate with relevant teams.
