Mswipe Technologies - Manager - Government Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Brief:
The profile includes sales to Central and State Government /Autonomous Bodies under center or state/ Defense/ Indian railways. Handling large & medium Govt. accounts and selling company's products. Generating new leads, Presentation, negotiation & closure.
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing sales process in the CRM and sales management system.
- Independently identifying and developing relationships with senior bureaucrats in various government departments directly or in close cooperation with our partners.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for our products/services.
- Developing business plans, long-term objectives, and sales pipeline.
- Work with the government department and get our product specified for tenders in all relevant departments.
- Deliver the quarterly, half yearly and annual business objectives set for the vertical.
- To map all relevant govt. departments on national and state level,
- Establish contacts, schedule meetings, present technology to key stakeholders in government departments.
- Explore and build a team of government contractor/ liaison people to front end the business.
- Work with the R & D team to develop specific solutions (if needed) to meet government needs
- Get our technical details specified for the government tenders so as to ring fence the requirement.
- Follow the systems and processes established in the company.
Job Requirements :
- Must have at least 5+ yrs experience in solution selling environment.
- Sales stint in FinTech industry would be an added advantage.
- Must have handled Government relationships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills is required along with a focused and organized approach.
