Mswipe - Manager - Sales (0-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparing the plan for merchant acquisition as per the objective define by Mswipe team.
- Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of merchants to use MQR and help merchants derive maximum value from it.
- Contact and secure new business accounts/orders through a relationship-based approach.
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned Territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and services.
- Achieving the required number of merchant onboarding as expected.
- Hiring of interns and off role employees to ensure the desired workforce is available to deliver the results.
- Manage the team of interns in your geography and relationship with college campuses for future engagements.
- Remain up-to-date on information on vendor, industry, technology, pricing, demand and vital business metrics.
- Gather, maintain and develop knowledge on current service line capabilities, products and offerings, as well as, supporting business models and pricing.
- Getting the required feedback and market intelligence from the field.
- Preparing product note and training manuals in the local language.
Requirements :
- You understand sales, are tenacious and persuasive. Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great but not essential.
- You have a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, have demonstrated the ability to function independently, and are willing-to-learn by practical experience.
- You are articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and can multi-task.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Local Candidates will be preferred.
- Should be excellent with communication.
- The role involves intra-city travel and hence owing a 2-wheeler will be an added advantage.
