Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive at MSMG Foundation located in Purnea. The Search Engine Optimization Executive will be responsible for conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO strategies, building backlinks, executing social media marketing campaigns, and performing SEO audit.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high- value search terms and phrases. Analyze competitors' keyword strategies and implement changes to improve our search engine rankings.
2. On-Page Optimization : Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and image alt text. Ensure website structure, URL architecture, and site navigation are optimized for search engine crawling and indexing.
3. Content Strategy & Creation : Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic. Implement a content strategy that supports our overall SEO goals and enhances user engagement
4. Technical SEO : Perform regular technical audits of the website to identify and rectify issues affecting SEO performance. Improve site speed, mobile optimization, and other technical factors that influence search engine rankings.
5. Link Building : Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines
6. Analytics & Reporting : Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track, report, and analyze website performance. Provide regular reports on SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates
7. Competitor & Market Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement
8. Collaboration & Training : Work closely with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement SEO best practices. Train team members on SEO strategies and techniques to enhance overall team performance.
