JOB DESCRIPTION :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to guide the development of our business and product suites.

- The Marketing Manager helps develop and maintains a vision for the businesses and products that they are responsible for communicating that vision to existing and potential customers.

- Being responsible for showcasing the product features to ensure that business, quality and functional goals are showcased for each business and product. Understanding the business side of the products and is ultimately responsible for researching and presenting this.

- This is a very interesting and creative opportunity in a supportive, learning environment and would suit someone with a strong Marketing background within a healthcare environment wishing to move into a new role.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Marketing strategy including positioning, thought leadership, brand awareness, lead generation

- Market engagement strategy

- Customer segmentation

- Design and develop all marketing strategies and programs; drive demand for our products with creative and innovative marketing practices.

- Analyze new and existing marketing programs to determine effect on sales.

- Able to interact across the business and draw resources as needed

- Analyze new and existing marketing programs to determine effect on sales and augment marketing strategies as necessary

- Lead team of five to seven marketing professionals to implement marketing programs on schedule and maintain detailed evaluations of the team's work

- Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure our message is making it to market and evaluate consumers- attitudes and feelings toward our products

- Deep knowledge of buyer motivation.

- Should have own vehicle 

- Must be localite or residing in Indore from last 5 yrs(Who knows city properly)

- Who can work under pressure and serious about his job.
